Born in Lisbon. Some academic training did not foster in her an interest for musical creation. In 1980, during a trip to the north of India, she intuited the sacred fire of true music, that she will find again in the more initiatic jazz and the gratifying discovery of several trombonists. Sei Miguel´s "sideman" since 1983, she partakes in all his works.

Trombonista.
Angolan, devotes himself entirely to contemporary jazz, where he finds that spirit matches technique. A regular presence in Sei Miguel´s orchestrations, he has, since 1997, worked out with the trumpeter a plan encompassing metric possibilities and impossibilities, both expressed in music where percussion (mainly the small percussion) gains an enigmatic melodic value. He has also played with Manuel Mota, Rafael Toral, Oren Marshall, and Ernesto Rodrigues.

Percussionista. Angolano.

Born in Lisbon in 1967, focused on performance with multiple electronic devices, heavily modified or built by himself. Usually displaying an unpredictable behavior, the discursive possibilities of such electronic instruments are the object of Toral's current research - articulating silence and sound in his so-called "Space program". Formerly known for his work with guitar and electronics and acclaimed records such as Wave Field or Violence of Discovery and Calm of Acceptance, he has performed extensively throughout Europe, USA, Canada and Japan. Developing solo work since 1987, collaborated with Phill Niblock, Alvin Lucier, John Zorn, Lee Ranaldo, Jim O'Rourke, David Toop, Dean Roberts, Oren Marshall among many others. He is a member of the Mimeo electronic orchestra, alongside Keith Rowe, Thomas Lehn and Christian Fennesz. In 2004 he produced the first anthology of Portuguese electronic music. Collaborates with Sei Miguel since 1993.
